Source Control Management (SCM)
Source Control Management, also called Version Control System (VCS), is a category of software tools used to track and manage changes in the code. They provide an history of all the changes and the possibility to view, compare, revert changes. They enable team members to collaborate on a same source code by merging changes with confidence and track who made them.
