Search Engine
A search engine is an application for searching information (images, videos, files, ...) from a set of keywords or phrases. It is composed of a set of processes: the web crawler that crawls the World Wide Web, the ranking that is private and serves to provide the most relevant information and the indexing.
The term search engine refers to the indexing and querying engine such as Elasticsearch and Apache Solr. The search engine proceeds to the information search from the index when a request is made. The index that the search engine uses to perform the searches is built at ingestion.
