Context
The acquisition of a high-capacity cluster is in line with Adaltas’ desire to build a PAAS-type offering to use and to provide Big Data and container orchestration platforms. The platforms are targeted for the acquisition of new skills, the evaluation of new technologies, the use of DevOps tools and the provision of development environments, PoCs and exploitation. They host Data Lakes, DataLabs, Data Science processes and models, DevOps-oriented tools and application services. The goal is to bring this offer to maturity.
Objectives
As part of the internship, the student will participate in the architecture and deployment of the various components of the platform taking into account the requirements of security, fault tolerance and performance. To ensure the operation of the platform, he will set up streaming processing chains to collect, process, display and alert from events issued by the system.

- 3x 192TB RAM DDR4 ECC 2666MHz

Environment
Adaltas is a team of consultants with an expertise in open source, Big Data and distributed systems. We are present in France, Canada and Morocco. Our Big Data expertise began in 2009 with the support of EDF and the collection of smart meters data called Linky. Since then, Adaltas supports major French and international groups in their digital transition and the valuation of their data. Today, Adaltas is a privileged partner of Cloudera and DataBricks, two of the leading publishers in the Big Data ecosystem.
