Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF)

The Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) is a child-project of the Linux Foundation. The open-source initiative promotes containerization technologies and aims to increase the use of cloud computing.

The CNCF supports several major cloud native projects. The covered scope of technologies offers a more customised, scalable and manageable approach to application build, deployment and infrastructure.

The CNCF rely on its 230K contributors who maintain and develop over 180 projects such as Istio, Kubernetes and Prometheus.
